IMPORTANT to bring:

Yoga mat and/or something comfy to lie on, pillow, blanket, eye mask, thick socks/slippers, comfortable clothes, water bottle, and lunch.

The thicker the mat the better, the more comfortable you will be!

The day includes:

Welcome introduction and herbal tea

Oracle cards and intention setting — with a complementary original art card to write your intentions on and add any insights that arise throughout the day.

Gentle Kundalini yoga — accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath for Shavasana, focusing on balancing the main chakra energy system.


Lunch break — please bring your own. Herbal tea and a very light bite of nourishing nibbles provided.


Afternoon meditation — connecting with your inner wisdom, creating a sense of peace and serenity.


Gong bath — a deeply relaxing sound journey.


Grounding and reflection — time to write down and/or share with the group.

The Morning Session – 10.30 am

Introductions and Oracle cards:

Kelly will guide you through welcome introductions, relaxing you into a warm and welcoming space while being immersed in the magical scents of PIP Essence aura spray and a warm herbal tea of your choice. This will give you a moment to arrive and connect with like-minded friends.

Moving onto beautifully detailed oracle cards, you will be guided by your own intuition to pick a card from a variety of decks — whichever speaks to you. You’ll have time to sit quietly with the card and contemplate its meaning.

Intention setting & Chakras:

You will then choose an original art card from Kelly’s own chakra collection, whichever chakra card you feel drawn to. The card is blank inside, providing space for you to write your intentions and insights throughout the day.

Finishing with Kundalini Yoga:

To finish the morning, Anne will guide you though a gentle kundalini yoga session

The kriya will be based on re-balancing the 7 main chakras.

To finish the yoga session, Kelly will play a crystal bowl sound bath for Shavasana, continuing to rebalance the chakra system.

Anne will guide you back with the Sat Nam mantra and ‘The Long Time Sun’ song

Break for lunch –12.45 pm

The afternoon session –13.15

Guided meditation:

Amanda will guide you through a beautifully crafted meditation designed to deepen your connection to your inner wisdom. This gentle yet powerful practice will help you cultivate a sense of inner calm and serenity, supporting you not just on this wellbeing day but beyond – offering you a sanctuary of peace that you can return to at any time.

Gong bath:

Anne will then offer a deeply relaxing gong bath, where the cosmic vibrations wash over you, sending you into a meditative state.

Finishing the day at –15.00 pm

Kundalini Yoga:

Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system and strengthens the nervous system so you feel more vibrant and alive. Although some postures require mobility, Anne offers adaptations to suit individual needs.

Kundalini Yoga is practical yet powerful, working quickly to give you grace, balance, and the ability to remain calm, centred, and clear through life’s challenges. It is spiritual but not religious — suitable for all faiths or none.


Crystal bowls:

A crystal bowl sound bath invites you to relax comfortably on a mat or sit on a chair if preferred. After a few deep breaths, the sound bath begins, lasting around 25 minutes.

Each bowl is tuned to a specific note, aligning with the seven main chakras. The resonating vibrations balance, clear, and cleanse the chakra system and auric field while vibrating through every cell in the body. This stimulates the spine, nervous system, circulatory system, and organs, aiding in deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

A 5–10 minute silence follows the session, allowing the sound waves to integrate. You will then be gently guided back and grounded.


Gongs:

Gongs offer a deeply therapeutic experience in well-being settings, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. Their rich, resonant tones create sound waves that stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging a meditative state and helping to release tension from both the body and mind. The vibrations can also enhance circulation, boost creativity, and support emotional healing by clearing energetic blockages. As a holistic practice, gong baths provide a powerful, immersive journey, fostering inner peace and a sense of overall well-being.

Kelly Izzbe:

Kelly is an artist and sound practitioner, passionate about painting with bright colours and drawing inspiration from nature — whether it’s the serenity of woodlands or the vast beauty of a starlit sky. Her creativity flourishes in her studio, surrounded by psychedelic ambient music and the calming aroma of natural incense, allowing her inner soul to express itself freely and authentically.

Kelly offers immersive art workshops that invite participants to explore their creativity in a playful yet meaningful way, leaving them deeply relaxed and uplifted with a unique piece of personal art. Alongside her art, Kelly has trained extensively in sound healing, working with gongs, Himalayan bowls, and crystal bowls. She is a certified sound practitioner through the College of Sound Healing and has studied with Preet Kaur KYTA.

She provides immersive soundscapes across Devon and Cornwall, blending sound, colour, and aroma to craft a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. Kelly finds joy in sharing these creative and healing experiences, offering a sanctuary of stillness and peace for all who join her.


Anne Robbins:

Anne is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and healer. She offers yoga classes for all abilities, both online and at her home a few miles from Holsworthy. She offers a range of healing options including Shiatsu, Sat Nam Rasayan (a form of energy healing), sound healing with the gong, and sound healing with tuning forks. Amanda Hignett:

Amanda is a Sacred Heart & Soul Facilitator, dedicated to guiding others toward deeper love, presence, and healing through meditation, psychospiritual guidance, and soul-led practices. She draws from her qualifications in psychology, counselling, and Egyptian Reiki, along with a deep spiritual awareness cultivated through profound personal experiences, bridging the mind, heart, and soul in her work. She offers a compassionate, intuitive approach that blends meditation, spiritual insight, and holistic practices. Having navigated her own healing journey, she understands the transformative power of unconditional love, presence, and inner connection. Amanda now holds space for others to reconnect with their inner wisdom and the sacred love within.
