Soundscape Experience - What you need to Know
What is a Soundscape?
A soundscape is an immersive experience using gongs and other complementary instruments, often referred to as sound healing. Each session brings positive changes—sometimes subtle, sometimes profound—benefiting the mind, body, and spirit.
You can experience a soundscape:
•One-on-one (private session)
•Group session (held in a retreat or well-equipped venue)

Preparing for a Soundscape:
Important Guidelines:
•Arrive on time – at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
•Avoid heavy meals before attending (a light snack is fine).
•Sessions last a minimum of one hour, with 5-10 minutes of silence for integration afterward.
Some sessions provide comfort equipment—details will be shared at the booking stage.
Please Bring with you:
•A comfortable base (futon, thick foam mattress, or multiple yoga mats)
•A warm blanket
•A pillow
•Warm socks
•Water for after the session
•An eye mask (optional)
•Wear comfortable clothing.

What to Expect in a Soundscape
•You will lie on a mat, soft bed, or treatment couch (or sit in a chair if needed).
•Simply relax and receive the sounds and vibrations.
•The space is safe, caring, and supportive during and after the session.

Contraindications – Who Should Avoid a Soundscape?
Before booking, please consult if you have:
•Severe mental illness
•Severe osteoporosis
•Recent hip/joint surgeries (within 6 weeks)
•Epilepsy
•Pacemaker
•Bone fractures (first 6 weeks)
•Advanced cancer
•Ménière’s Disease
•Tinnitus (can use earplugs or sit at the back)
•Pregnancy (first 3 months)
•Colds or coughs
•Hearing aids (may cause interference)
•Snoring (in group sessions, participants may be gently nudged to avoid disturbing others)
•Ear infections
•Under 16s – must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or have written permission.
•Metal implants
